Beessential Farm is a lifestyle farm, situated along the Garden Route, with lovely views across the natural forest towards the Tsitsikamma mountains.
The farm is self-sufficient and relies on solar power and rain water. There are 3 private accommodation options that allow guests to experience the peace of the farm, catch a glimpse of fallow deer and wild buck, and listen to the chatter of many beautiful birds in the surrounding natural forest.
Accommodation is offered in a private cottage with outdoor spaces, a self-contained studio apartment with a patio overlooking a pretty farm dam, and a private campsite with its own covered braai area and amenities overlooking the natural forest. The cottage can accommodate 4 guests, the studio can accommodate 2 guests and the campsite can accommodate 8 guests.
The farm offers access to walks, trail running trails and mountain bike trails, and is located next door to the Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary, where guests can be surprised by the roar of a lion or the cry of hyenas. The farm is home to several beehives, small-scale growing, and sells firewood if needed. It is the ideal place to relax, whether on holiday or simply passing through on the Garden Route.
The farm is located 15 km from Plettenberg Bay, where there are activities and attractions such as golf, wine and bubbly routes, markets, farmstalls, beautiful beaches, wildlife, and adventure. Nature's Valley is located 20 km from the farm.
