Description
Beit Zata is a premium holiday house for up to 6 people in Elands Bay. The house has a partial sea view and is only 150 m from the beach.
The house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets. The main bedroom contains an extra-length king-size bed, while the second room contains a double bed, as well as a single bed. An extra-length 3/4 bed bed is available in the living area. The one bathroom has 2 basins, a shower and a toilet, and there is a separate guest toilet with a basin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 4 plate stove and oven, a microwave and a fridge and freezer. The scullery has a double basin, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a 50' Smart TV with DStv, YouTube etc. But guests must use their own passwords for the streaming services and bring their own decoder and smart card for DStv. Wi-Fi access is also available.
The house has a large stoep with braai facilities, and parking is available next to the house. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the house but are allowed on the patio. Day visitors are allowed if arranged in advance, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Beit Zata is just a short walk from the beach and is 500 m from the centre of town which has a hotel, restaurants, cafes, and 2 liquor stores.
