Believers Destiny Getaway is located 25 km outside of Swellendam, in the Heidelberg direction and offers quality accommodation, ideally suited for a family or a group of friends.
This stay accommodation uses solar power and gas exclusively, and accommodation comprises 3 units; Vlakvark, Meerkat, and BushCat. Each of these units also has private wood-fired hot tubs. Wood, meat, sausage, kebabs, ice and fire starters are sold on the farm, and guests are welcome to bring their firewood.
A Lapa with a shop on the premises sells various products.
Ideal for a group or family of 5, Vlakvark comprises 2 bedrooms, a bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, a baby bath, and a low basin ideal for children. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, cutlery and crockery, toothpicks, black bags, dishrags, and Sunlight liquid. Please note that there is no oven. The open-plan lounge has comfortable seating and a fireplace for those cold winter nights. Braai facilities, a braai grid and a wood-fired hot tub are available on the patio. Guests need to make arrangements for pets beforehand, and pets are allowed at extra cost.
The Meerkat is ideally suited for a couple and is equipped with a double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a spacious shower, bath, toilet and the signature Meerkat basin. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, no oven, a fridge-freezer, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. Cleaning aids are provided. The lounge has a comfortable couch and a fireplace for those cold winter nights. This unit features a patio with braai facilities, including a braai grid. Pets can unfortunately not be accommodated in this unit.
Ideal for 2 people, the BushCat is a pet-friendly, modified caravan furnished with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner gas hob, no oven, cutlery and crockery. Small dogs are allowed on prior arrangements and at extra cost. This unit is fenced for pets.
Guests will be required to travel along a gravel road of 4.5 km when entering Suurbraak; please inquire about the condition of the road before booking.
