Exceptional friendly and efficient service. We travelled to Koster from Durban to attend the funeral of a family member on Monda, 20 February 2023. We were greeted by the host, Tessa, at the gate who showed us our room and attended to all our requests. Power cables were stolen during load shedding and we were without power in Koster from Sunday night, 21:00pm on Sunday, 19 February 2023, until our departure on Tuesday morning, 21 February 2023. Tessa Kruger, went more than the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay, despite the power outage. Tessa delivered hot water and the most delicious meals to our door. I phoned Tessa on Monday morning 06:30 and ordered breakfast, and the most delicious breakfast was delivered 30 minutes later.
