Bertley's Holiday House is a spacious family house located in the quiet suburb of Vermont, offering guests comfortable self-catering accommodation within walking distance of the beach. It is suitable for families seeking a holiday house to spend time together.
This double storey house consists of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The rooms are furnished with either a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, or 2 single beds. Two of the rooms each have an en-suite bathroom, while the other rooms share the use of a bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. For convenience, linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, cutlery, crockery, and a scullery with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The dining area includes a 10-seater dining table. The lounge has a fireplace, as well as a TV with DStv, and opens onto 2 balconies. The house also has a games room with a pool table and a dartboard.
Braai facilities are available on the 2 balconies, and parking is available. The property is fenced, and the house has an alarm system.
The Vermont area offers a variety of activities, including sea kayaking, mountain biking, walking trails, whale watching, lagoon surfing, swimming, and horseback riding. Visitors can also explore the Vermont Salt Pan, known for its large flamingo population.
