Birdsong Cottage Nr 10 is a beautiful home comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom consists of 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed on request. The second bedroom comprises a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom comprises a double bed. All 3 rooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a toilet, shower and washbasin.

Birdsong Cottage Nr 10 is equipped with everything you will need to make your break as relaxed as possible, from an inclusive cleaning service to a 40-inch LCD TV, dishwasher, and 2 covered parking bays. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook a meal, including gas stovetop, or have a simple barbecue. The private cottage is not overlooked by anyone and boasts 180-degree views of pristine Drakensberg terrain. The home offers complimentary Wi-Fi. This unit also has back-up solar power to relieve the effects of load shedding.

The Bird’s Nest is a beautifully appointed suite, ideal for honeymooners or any couple looking for a unique upmarket getaway, situated in the bottom corner of the main house’ garden and may either be rented as a 2-sleeper or as part of the main house, effectively making Birdsong Cottage Nr 10 a 8-sleeper. Should you rent The Bird’s Nest alone, you will have exclusive use of the property and the main house will remain unoccupied.

The Bird’s Nest suite offers a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin, a stunning deck overlooking the forest and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Weber braai.

The Birdsong option consists of Birdsong Cottage Nr 10 and The Bird's Nest that is booked as a whole. Thus, sleeping 8 guests in total.

The views from the wooden decks encompasses mountains, an indigenous forest, and a lake. Bergview Estate is situated within a nature conservancy and borders the world-famous Ukhahlamba World Heritage site.
