Peace of mind, nice farm effect and great room with bathroom. Terribly delicious, blissful peace and quiet!

Most beautiful farm and comfortable accommodation. Very nice, tasteful unit. Had a wonderful sleep and stayed on the most beautiful farm. For those of us who have to self-catering due to food allergies, we would have liked better cooking facilities. An excellent hostess and communicated throughout.

Lovely garden apartment on a beautiful farm, delicious barbecue too. We had a fantastic stay. It is a very nice and tidy apartment and it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the towns and cities as we drove down for a holiday by the sea. Although we hit the road again early in the morning and therefore didn't want to check out late, it might be nice to check out later than 09:15 if we first wanted to go for a walk and have breakfast on the farm.

Overnight visit - couple. Great overnight stay! Everything that was needed. Could also walk nicely in the field.

Interesting, freezing cold, adventurous and enjoyable. The warmth and hospitality of the Karoo embraces and welcomes you between the mountains and on the stay you experience the farm atmosphere and at night the greatness of the universe when you look at her starry splendor. A hostess who is familiar with farm life and also during the time of year with biting winds. Her advice to buy about 4 x bags of firewood in Graaff-Reinet was a lifeline when the freezing weather descended on us. Thanks also for a gas heater and the small electric heater for the girl's room. A day visit to New Bethesda, not too far from the accommodation, was very interesting and pleasant. It is a BIG farmhouse and everything needed is there to make a visit worthwhile in complete privacy. Only the availability of DStv KYKnet Channel 144 would have made the cold even more bearable and YES, as my wife puts it; "Without aircon, you can live in electric blankets for the winter". She sells her own bags of wood which will help if you run out of wood, but I suggest a free bag for a braai is provided with blitz and matches. There are also biscuits for sale if you haven't provided your own, and she sees to it that there is a starter milk and cold, clean drinking water in the fridge. Thank you very much for everything and the privilege of being able to spend the night for 2 nights, even though the winter weather tested our endurance.

Tranquility among the mountains. After a long line, this guest farm was the proverbial oasis in the desert. Neat, clean and warm. Liesl welcomed us kindly and we felt as if we had known her for years. The facilities were more than adequate, the shower water hot and the WiFi was great. You actually want to stay a few more days because the surroundings take your breath away.

Wonderful place with breathtaking view and atmosphere. Very neat and clean. Owners and people who work there are very helpful and will go out of their way to help where they can. We will definitely stay there again!

Lovely place to spend the night on a sheep farm. We had a great time on the farm. It was dead quiet and peaceful and the owners are very friendly. The unit is beautiful and well equipped with a spacious bathroom. Small throttle for load shedding. The farm is located a little way from the main road, but the few extra kilometers are worth it.
