Blakes Terrace 1103 is a modern self-catering apartment for 6 people on the beachfront in Van Ryneveld, Strand.
The penthouse is located on the 11th floor with uninterrupted views of False Bay. The spacious apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge that opens onto the balcony.
Opening onto the balcony, the main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, and a shower. The other 2 bedrooms each contain a double bed, and overlook the Helderberg. The 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, and a shower. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove and oven, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities The dining area is furnished with a 6-seater dining table. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with DStv, and Wi-Fi access is available. The living area opens onto the balcony which is furnished with a dining table, overlooking the ocean.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai facilities for guests to use. Secure undercover parking is provided, and the apartment is equipped with an emergency power system in case of loadshedding.
Blakes Terrace is a quiet place and therefore no parties or pets are allowed.
The beach offers surfing, fishing, swimming, sunset cruises, and whale watching in season, and the area offers hiking, walking and cycling routes. Strand offers various restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as attractions such as the Strand Waterworld & Fun Park, a putt-putt course, and guests can explore the Helderberg Wine Route.
