Located only 600 m from the beach, Blue Emerald Villa is a stunning self-catering villa ideally located in the heart of Camps Bay in Cape Town. This villa, with its stunning views of Camps Bay Beach and Lions Head, is an ideal option for a coastal getaway in the beautiful Mother City.
This triple-storey villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 14 guests at a time and comprises 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and is air-conditioned. The bathrooms are either fitted with a bath and a shower or just a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming and beach towels.
The open-plan living area occupies the middle level of the home and features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee machine. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their breakfast in the morning. Adjacent to this dining space is a cosy lounge area with comfy seating, a portable gas heater and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
There is a second dining area and a formal lounge with a fireplace. On the other side of this living area is a second TV lounge, a bar with an ice machine and wine cooler as well as a pool table for entertainment. This living area opens onto a patio with an outdoor dining table, a lounging corner and a gas braai. This patio also spoils with an inviting swimming pool with sun loungers.
