Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels.

A cleaning fee is charged and payable to the owner.

A refundable breakage deposit is payable, the day before arrival. Refund will be done on the day of check-out.

Quiet time starts from 23h00.

Day visitors must pay an extra fee.

We do not accept responsibility for injuries to guests, or loss of property. Any damages to our property will be for the account of the guests.

Please advise of any breakages before departing.

Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.

Swimming in the river is safe, and guests are please asked not to dive.

Water and power supply on the farm is not a guarantee. Should something go wrong, kindly inform the host so that they can resolve this immediately.

Guests are provided with drinking water on request as the water supply on the farm is canal water.

Kindly bring insect repellent during Summer, as there are quite a few insects alongside the river.
