Nice place to be. Best relaxing place and worth the money. I booked for my son with his son for the grandchild's birthday. They enjoyed every minute and they don't stop talking about the great breakfast.

Excellent customer service at Blue Waters Hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Blue Waters Hotel. The room was lovely with the sea facing, and the breakfast was sumptuous.

Bitter sweet. I would not recommend anyone to Blue Waters. The reason is the customer service; the reception is full of rude individuals. I was dealing with a lady by the name Nqobile. Yhoo, she's rude and unprofessional. At one point, she gave me a room that was already occupied. When she finally changed it and assigned me a new room, she waited with the keys for more than 30 minutes, making me wait for longer, for what I don't know. They use a system of cards for electricity, and when there's no one in the room, their fridges defrost, leaving so much water in the room, and they didn't mop. I had to use towels.

Hospitality was on top, waiters make you feel welcome, and the meal was so delicious. I miss it already. We had a wonderful experience, the service was excellent, the breakfast was totally amazing, and the views were breathtaking. I will definitely book again.
