Excellence at its best. The staff was friendly, they accommodated all our needs. We requested a breakfast pack as we were going to leave the hotel at 5:30, and a 5-star breakfast pack was provided.

We got more than what we paid for. Thank you Bluewater Bay Sunrise Hotel. Our stay was 5-star. But kudos mostly go to the chefs and housekeeping. The food was exceptional and housekeeping was excellent.

Got sick. Unhygienic. Aircon. Not good at all. Unhygienic, cockroaches spotted, no shower gel, one small soap, aircon did not work 80% of the time, could not swim because the pool's water was not done being filled for two days until we left, the bacon at breakfast was off, my partner got very sick afterwards, no welcome gift as stated in the pamphlet.

We had a great time. The hotel is in a beautiful location. However, on our arrival, we were not offered welcome drinks or a luggage cart for our suitcase. The room was beautiful but I was not pleased with the shower. It was narrow and the shower head was small, not accommodating for 2 people. We booked a spa and we were highly disappointed. Both the therapists and the person you make bookings with were not professional. A lot needs to be improved with the services offered.
