I loved everything about this house! Our experience exceeded all expectations! The space was incredibly welcoming and cosy. Good location. The place was very nicely clean. This was truly a stay where we felt at home, and we’ll gladly return.

Not again! Urgh! No hot water for shower, no WiFi either. Don't come if you have to have business meetings via Zoom. Internet is nonexistent.

The place was clean, but it needs a new bed. This place is not ideal for leisure travel. There is no self entertainment like TV or radio to create a relaxing atmosphere. It would be more convenient if you are just looking for a place to sleep for business in Paarl. The bed is horrible. I still have back pain from sleeping on it. One side of the bed has a big hole in it, so my partner and I had to make use of only one side, which was very uncomfortable. On our last night, there was no hot water running from the taps, and in the morning, there was no water at all. We had to leave without brushing our teeth. Sadly, I tried to call the owner on the last night, but her phone was off. So all in all, this was a terrible getaway. Self entertainment needs to be considered to bring that relaxed vibe and unwinding moments.

Hi Tamryn, Thank you for your review. We will look into the bed issue as this is a new bed and not supposed to have holes in it. I do apologise for the water issue. As explained, this was caused by a pipe that burst in our garage and is also the reason for no water in the morning, as we had to turn off the water to the premises for the pipe to be fixed.
