Description
Bokmakierie @ Wamakersvlei Beach Farm is one of five cottages located on a picturesque nature destination in a historic fisherman’s village and is ideal for couples, families, and groups, just 18 km from Velddrif.
Ideally suited for a group or family of 4, this cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of a bathroom fitted with a shower. Hot water is provided by gas geysers. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The living area has a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from this kitchen is a cosy lounge space with comfortable seating where guests can relax with a book. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Additionally, the kitchen has an indoor braai with a dining table which is a great spot for guests to spend some quality time together. The house opens onto a private patio with braai facilities and views of the surroundings. Wood is available for sale on the farm.
Bordering the Rocher Pan Nature Reserve, the farm offers 400 hectares of unspoiled nature for guests to explore on a mountain bike and on foot to view the variety of fauna and flora, as well as a 7 km private beach where guests can relax and enjoy the day.
