Bollard Bay House is situated in Leisure Island, Knysna, and offers quality accommodation for holidaymakers. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the beach, activities and attractions.

The accommodation comprises 5, uniquely furnished rooms which can accommodate 2 guests in each at a time. Each room is fitted with a TV with selected DStv channels, coffee- and tea-making facilities, an en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating, apart from the Wagtail Suite, a bar fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Oystercatcher Suite is located on the upper level and features a balcony. It is furnished with a king-size, four-poster bed, a large full bathroom with a bath, separate shower, double vanity and heated towel rail. It also boasts a fireplace. It has a bunk bed tucked away in the adjoining dressing room, ideal for children under 10 accompanying parents. It also has a view of the lagoon and famous Knysna Heads.

The Kingfisher Suite has a king-size bed, a patio and a private deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over a bath and a heated towel rail. The adjoining room functions as a private lounge or children's room with a sleeper couch. This unit also has a lagoon view.

The Wagtail Suite comprises a queen-size bed, a private patio opening out onto a swimming pool and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

The Sandpiper Suite is on the lower level and comprises either 2 single beds or a king-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. It walks out onto a patio with a lagoon view.

The Heron Suite has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, double vanity and heated towel rail. It walks out onto a patio that overlooks the deck, swimming pool and lagoon.

The Teal Suite is tucked away next to the second pool deck and comprises a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. It has a private patio and is ideal for a romantic getaway.

There is a bar area with a large, flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, lagoon view and balcony. Other features include a front swimming pool with a wooden deck and sun loungers overlooking the Knysna lagoon, as well as a sheltered, back swimming pool with sun loungers. The lounge area is open to all guests, from where they can enjoy the beautiful views.
