Bonamanzi Game Reserve - Lalapanzi is a four thousand hectare private game reserve in Hluhluwe. It is a Natural Heritage Site widely recognized as the best birding destination in Africa. Lake St Lucia and the Hluhluwe River give Bonamanzi its Zulu name, meaning “Look – Water!"
Accommodation is offered in Chalets or Combos, each of which can accommodate 2 guests have en-suite facilities.
Close up game viewing by foot, safari vehicle, boat or horse accompanied by experienced multi-lingual rangers who maximise every opportunity to ensure exceptional viewing during your game drives. Excellent sightings of elephant, rhino, buffalo, hippo, giraffe, hyena, zebra, warthog and numerous species of antelope are enjoyed on game drives in the reserve; not to mention the nyala and other animals that wander freely around the lodge, never failing to generate excitement and interest in every guest from all corners of the world.
Crocodile enclosures, swimming pools, and turtle feeding ensure wonderful moments enjoyed by all age-groups.
