Lovely complex but unit needs a lot of work. We experienced quite a few serious problems in the unit. The managing agents went out of their way to help us but the owner will need to pay attention very urgently. The stove is e.g. so old that there is a picture pasted on the wall to show numbers. The duvet is full of lumps. Some of the door locks are broken and this is the only way to get fresh air. The toilet in the master bedroom leaks. The spray faucet in 2nd bathroom sprays water in all kinds of places etc. The complex itself is very well maintained and it's great to have all the extra facilities with small children such as the swimming pool and climbing frame. Also very nice to be so close to the sea, but it's not a swimming beach. Honestly I wouldn't recommend unit 14 but I would recommend Bondi Beach.

Beautiful apartment with only see waves sounds. I won't mind coming back. Children likes to swim and play all that is catered for them. The only turn off with us was the fridge that was not cold at all except the freezer at the bottom. That caused our food to get spoiled. We should have been told so that we would not have bought fridge items for 4 days.

It was a location with friendly neighbours. Wonderful location and clean units, lots of entertainment at Bondi for young children.
