Boston Selfsorg is a delightful townhouse located in the heart of Boston, Bellville. It provides guests with spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation, conveniently close to Tyger Valley Shopping Centre, Tygerberg Nature Reserve, and Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt Hospital. Ideal for family from hospital patients seeking long-term accommodation.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a child-only bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a dining table with seating for 6, a smart TV, and comfortable couches. It opens onto a paved patio with a built-in outdoor braai. Please note that there is no lawn area for children to play on.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate are available for guests during their stay. The driveway is shared with another accommodation unit located at the back of the property, so guests are requested to use the designated parking space to keep the communal driveway accessible for both units.
