Bosveld Cottage @ Grootnek Guest Farm is a charming unit situated on the picturesque Grootnek Guest Farm. Nestled in the lovely Langkloof Valley, it is located along the scenic Cape Route 62, between Joubertina and Krakeel Rivers. This scenic location provides guests with a serene and beautiful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
This self-catering cottage can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The unit is equipped with a gas geyser and gas appliances and has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, gas stove, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It features a centrally located dining table and a cosy couch.
Guests are provided with lamps and candles to complete the natural ambiance of a starlit evening spent on the patio, overlooking the orchards and offering complete privacy. Guests can also enjoy a lovely braai and are afforded secure parking on the premises.
There is an array of activities to be enjoyed on the farm which includes hiking, bass fishing, bird watching, 64 species to see, stargazing, horse feeding, picking fruit such as plums, peaches, and pears in season, swimming, 4X4 route, and the golf course is located 6 km away.
