We slept safely, the people are friendly. We were welcomed and felt like we were at home, nothing to be ashamed of. I am going back again if I make a business trip there again.

Horrendous, disgusted. Terrible, disgusted. The owner, Maria, was not there to greet me. She sent an unknown male to meet me, a woman alone and my 8-month-old baby at the gate which felt extremely unsafe as my fiance was only checking in an hour later. The fan in the room does not work so we could not sleep due to the heat inside the room. There are over 10 vicious dogs on the property that constantly bark, adding to the lack of sleep. That evening, as we were reversing, the gate closed onto our vehicle causing the entire mirror to break off. The gate has no sensors and closes whenever it wants to. Video evidence was taken. When contacting the owner, plans were made to meet at 2 pm the next day to have everything rectified. A man then phoned the next day, Michael, saying there would be no meeting and they would not be paying for anything, even though there was CCTV footage of the incident. The two people, Maria and Michael, were extremely rude and aggressive and it even forced my fiance and I with our newborn baby to leave and find accommodation elsewhere as we did not feel safe at this place. The insurance company and legal have had to get now involved due to the fact that the owners refuse to pay for the damages that their property caused our vehicle, even though there are no signs, boards or any signed acknowledgement anywhere that the owners will not be liable for any damages caused. As regular users, we use you every single weekend and have never experienced anything like this. It is absolutely horrendous and I would not recommend it to any traveller whatsoever.
