Scenic and remote but could do with a bit of a refresh. The location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet, isolated, and extremely scenic place. We enjoyed that about the cottage. From a facility point of view, the cottage is well-equipped and clean. However, we found that certain elements could be upgraded, e.g. the linen on the beds was old and faded, as were the towels. The oven was the same one that didn't work a few years back when we were there. The couches and pillows could also do with a spring clean.
