Affordable, safe and peaceful accommodation. We really enjoyed our time at Branderkant 7. It is centrally located to explore the South Coast of KZN and there are lots of things to do in and around Ramsgate. On arrival, we received a tourist information booklet in our key envelope with information about the area, which was very helpful in finding places to visit. The house itself is a double storey with a large yard and a very well-maintained lawn where children can keep themselves busy safely. As you walk through the garden, you unlock a gate and walk down a few steps to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and a very welcome luxury was the washing machine for our clothes. No extra expense on laundry costs. There is a housekeeper who comes in every day and cleans, and you can negotiate with her to do extra work if needed. No WiFi available but DSTV. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Branderkant 7 to families who want to relax in a peaceful and safe environment.

We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be booking No7 again. Directions and safety of accommodation were very good. Everything we needed was there. Very peaceful, and just a walk across the garden to the beach.

Sorry we couldn't stay for longer! Most enjoyable - fully equipped and so close to a beautiful beach, highly recommend! We had a blast fishing off the beach, caught a fish and then tried our luck at Margate Pier (fishing licences were purchased online before we left). Could have done with a few more days as it was relaxing to listen to the sea at night.
