Very pleasant and helpful staff, overall lovely stay, but too short. It was a very pleasant stay, but I would like a balcony unit or ground floor apartment as my husband has had a back operation and too much walking and stairs was his problem. But overall, it was fantastic. Our car wouldn't start, so we arranged alternative transport home and left the keys with the helpful reception who kept the key until Monday when the tow truck towed our car to the mechanic.

Staff are very friendly, they deserve their stars and that's where it stops. Spare room stinks, 2 steak knives, 1 steak knife's tip off, lots of mistakes on arrival in room, was sorted out. Lovely. Good location close to the beach. The booking in was long and standing in a queue was not the ideal start.

Didn't get value for money. There were no tongs/fork and the can opener didn't work. Mattress was in poor condition. Air conditioner leaked in unit on floor. Trash very small. Refrigerator was not working properly.
