Description
The Clanwilliam Dam Breathtaking House can accommodate 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and a spacious loft area with a double sleeper couch (suitable for children) and an extra single bed.
The main bedroom is located upstairs, and is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. These 2 downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and a bath. The loft area has 1 sleeper couch for children and an extra single bed. Downstairs are a TV with DStv Easy view channels (no sport) but guests are welcome to bring their own decoder and smart card.
Next to the house, there is also a double storey cottage that can sleep 2 adults in an upstairs loft area. Downstairs is a double sleeper couch for 2 small children and a single bed. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with fully equipped kitchen. The cottage can be rented with the house at additional cost (enquire about cost - not included in the quoted price).
The living area in the house are open-plan and the kitchen contains a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a stove with an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area also comprises a lounge with comfortable chairs and a dining area with an 8-seater dining room table.
The home also features a swimming pool, spacious patios, and balconies with wonderful views over the dam. There are braai facilities/lapa and undercover parking for cars and boats available on the premises.
The house are fully enclosed and the house has an alarm system.
Bedding and bath towels are supplied. WiFi is available.
