Brooklands House ,a 4 star Victorian style guest house in the southern suburbs of Cape Town is a short 10-15 mins drive to the airport and the city center.
Amenities such as Wi-Fi,DStv and DVD in all en suite bedrooms including comp tea/coffee, heated towel rail, mini bar fridge, small safe.
Some establishment facilities include a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, boul court, petit Shiraz Vinyard and outside barbeque area.
We cater for small conferences and workshops for up to 12 delegates, private lunches and dinners for up to 30 people and small weddings.
The reception rooms downstairs have high pressed steel ceilings, two of which have working Victorian marble fire places, our sunroom is the ideal place to lie on the sofa's with a good book and gaze out over our splendid gardens.
We have 7 restaurants within 5 minute walk, Rustenburg girls school and the Red Cross Children's Hospital are only about a ten minute walk away and the Newlands rugby and cricket stadiums are only 30 minute walk away.The University of Cape Town is only 5 minute drive away -traffic permitting. The wonderful beaches around Cape Town and Cape winelands are all close by, making Brooklands House the ideal place to base yourself when visiting cape town. For the business traveler we cater for early breakfasts, business breakfast meetings/lunches/dinners, free wifi and on site safe parking for up to 12 cars. With hospitable well travelled owners Philip and Sandra Engelen from Cobham in Surrey, who have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years,you are in good hands.
