Very pleasant stay. We were moved to an alternative location (Cricklewood Luxury Apartments) in Hatfield due to water issues. The apartment was beautiful and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Didn't stay at Brooklyn but at Cricklewood Apartments due to water problem. Neat, comfortable. We were moved to another property due to water problem. Other property does not have a pool as shown in photos but is comfortable. Does need a lot of attention such as maintenance etc.
