Description
Buitenstekloof Pomegranate Homestead is a self-catering home located on a working pomegranate, vine, and unique boutique wine farm approximately 20 km from Robertson. It is ideal for large families, groups, retreats and celebrations.
This solar- and gas powered property can accommodate up to 17 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a loft area. The main house offers 2 bedrooms, with the first bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and including an en-suite fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (that can be made up as twin beds) as well as a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third outside bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the fourth outside bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower. There is also a loft area furnished with 8 single beds and a shared toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The home features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a large gas stove and oven, 2 solar-powered fridges, a gas freezer, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge and dining areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax. Additionally, 2 daybeds are available on the enclosed verandah.
This property has private braai facilities in the house, on the verandah, as well as outside. There is a private plunge pool right next to the dam, and beautiful 360-degree mountain views all around. There is no mobile reception at Pomegranate Homestead as it is situated deep within a kloof with mountains all around - the perfect place to rest well and connect deeply on a personal level! Mpbile reception is available on the farm once you come out of the kloof.
