Bukkenburg Cottage is a self-catering guest cottage set in a delightful country garden in Swellendam, a town situated halfway between Cape Town and the Garden Route in South Africa.
Set in the garden of the Heritage House Bukkenburg, in the historic heart of Swellendam, which is also the home, studio and gallery of prominent South African Studio Potters, David Schlapobersky and Felicity Potter.
This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both rooms are air-conditioned and feature an en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a 2-plate stove, bar fridge, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, log burning fireplace, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The house has 2 patio areas offering beautiful views of the mountains. There also braai facilities available.
