Lovely place but unfortunately had a lot of water issues. The garden is beautiful and relaxing, but be prepared for no running hot water. The owner was kind enough to let us use another bathroom. Expect to bring your own braaitang, dustbin bags and toilet paper. Overall the experience was very lovely.

A fantastic stay with a festive host, Ted. Perfect for a simple, affordable beach. Our stay was fantastic! The host, Ted, was incredibly friendly and brought Father Christmas vibes, making our Christmas holiday even more magical. If you’re not too focused on luxury and are looking for a simple beach getaway where you can save on accommodation (the rooms are a bit dated) and spend more on entertainment like dining out, this is the perfect spot. However, the water crisis on the South Coast is very concerning and did impact our stay, though this was a challenge across the board. I had a lovely time with my fiancé.
