Description
This self-carting house is nestled in a greenbelt area in the quiet seaside village of Munster. The house has a 180-degree uninterrupted view of the ocean from the outside pool area.
The house has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. There is 1 bedroom furnished with 2 single beds as well as a double bed while the other 3 bedrooms only contain double beds. The 2 bathrooms are each fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, and stove as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The lounge area features a TV with DStv channels.
There is an outdoor verandah with braai facilities. Guests have access to a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
The property has palisade fencing with an electric fence and an armed response beam system around the house monitored by Chubb. There is a permanent domestic worker who stays on the premises that is there to assist guests with cleaning the house and washing dishes and clothes at an extra rate per bundle.
