House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is required to be paid directly to C10 Laguna.
There is a facial access fee for the guest account of R250.
Clients have to pay for their own Greenways access cards.
Electricity via a pre-paid meter, long-stay clients would need to top up at their own expense.
Cleaning service is available and a rate can be provided on request.
Should there be excessive cleaning required then a further R150 will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
We do offer discounts for long stays, 2 people or pensioners for stays over 14 days.
The client needs to pay the Greenways office directly for Facial Recognition Access for the driver of the vehicle and others that may be walking in and out the estate.
