Apartment not serviced but cleaning services can be arranged at guest's own cost.
A booking confirmation will be sent to the guest from the host, which must be completed and signed and returned to the host.
Ensure that you are not a disturbance or nuisance to others on the premises.
No loud noise/music/fireworks allowed.
No cycling or skateboards allowed on the premises.
No more than six (6) persons may occupy the unit or make use of Cabanas Del Mar facilities.
All balconies are to be kept in a clean condition at all times to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
No towels/laundry/clothing or any other articles are allowed to hang over the balcony balustrades.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
