Caisa Villa is a lovely holiday home situated in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate which is located in the heart of Pennington. It could be an ideal option for a peaceful holiday with family and friends as the property spoils with a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi for full relaxation.
This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and the bathrooms are either fitted with a shower or a bath and a shower. One bed can be converted into 2 single beds. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
This living area opens onto an indoor spa room with a Jacuzzi, relaxing chairs and a dining table. This area leads onto a wooden deck with a swimming pool and braai facilities. Secure parking is also available for guests’ vehicles with 24-hour security on the property.
The location of this estate is right next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. During load shedding and water outages, there is a backup invertor as well as a JoJo tank.
