Description
Calming Waters is a self-catering house, ideal for families, located on the west side of the charming coastal town of Still Bay, just one block from the Goukou River. The property offers beautiful river views and a partial sea view from the verandah and can accommodate 5 adults and 2 children.
The house features 3 bedrooms, a single bed in the living area, and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed suitable for 2 children. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Both the main and second bedrooms have glass doors that open onto the verandah, overlooking the swimming pool. The third bedroom has glass doors that open onto the braai area. All linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are requested to bring their own swimming towels.
The house boasts an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, 5-plate gas stove with electric oven, toaster, and toast sandwich maker. The dining area features a large 10-seater table, and the lounge area is furnished with a comfortable couch, chairs, a smart TV, and a built-in fireplace for cosy winter nights. A separate laundry area outside is equipped with a large washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is a spacious washing line adjacent to the laundry.
A moveable gas kettle braai is available for use by the swimming pool. The property also has a large double garage with an electric door, providing parking for 2 vehicles.
