Cambelle at the Beach is a beautiful three-storey holiday home located on the lagoon in Zinkwazi Beach, KwaZulu-Natal. This property is ideal for multiple families who are looking for a home where they can all enjoy the holiday together.
This home can accommodate up to 16 guests in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the top floor, there are 4 bedrooms, all with access to the balcony, and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, 2 washbasins and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with another king-size bed and has access to an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. On the ground floor, guests can find a separate apartment that has 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The sixth bedroom is furnished with 3 child-only bunk beds. The sixth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
The middle floor of this house features a living room, dining room, kitchen and scullery, and an outdoor dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, airfryer, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery is equipped with a microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, 2 washing machines, a tumble dryer and a chest freezer. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV. The dining room has a large dining table. The living area has doors that open to a large veranda that is furnished with outdoor furniture and encourages indoor-outdoor living. There is also an entertainment room that contains a pool table and opens onto a shielded veranda that is furnished with a large dining table and a braai.
On the bottom floor, the separate apartment features a living room, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a dining table. The Living room is furnished with ample comfortable seating, a TV and a table tennis table, and the room opens onto a covered patio that is furnished with outdoor furniture. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests have access to a swimming pool, direct beach and lagoon access with a private slipway and jetty, canoes and paddle boards, a double garage, and a generator and inverter for power outages. This property is within close proximity to shops and restaurants.
