Ontspannend, in die bos tussen die diere daar waar jou siel kan rus. Het die swembad en boma baie geniet. Dit sal baie help as daar 'n wasmasjien is. En die kussings is vreeslik hard. Daar kort snackbakkies vir buite. Verder is alles baie netjies en gerieflik ingerig.

Unpleasant. Front stagger door is falling out of its frame, bathroom door gets stuck all the time, electricity trips all the time, no units are loaded for air conditioning unless you ask for it and then only enough is provided for one day.

Good day Joop. We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We did, however, act by dispatching our maintenance team who attended to the issues as soon as the following morning. The stacker door did not fall out of the frame, it was just somewhat hard to open and was rectified. The barn door slipped off the rail and was also fixed by our team. There was an electrical trip as the fridge’s compressor unfortunately gave up on the day of your arrival. This issue has been attended to as well. With regards to the air-con units, it was stated that we do have a prepaid loading system for air-conditioning prior to arrival. All information and the app details are provided in our welcome letter. There is a full security beam running across the veranda with passives in every room and the living area, as well as a panic alarm that is connected to the security company that acts immediately in cases of emergency. Perhaps you can share thoughts as to how we can improve the security? The house is situated just over 1 km from the river on an over stand with plenty of trees, away from neighbours. We do apologise that this had to happen during your stay and thank you very much for your feedback, we truly appreciate it.
