Located just outside of Verkykerskop, Camp Skeurklip is ideal for a family or a large group seeking a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. This campsite is best accessed by a 4x4 vehicle.

This campsite has a capacity of 20 guests at a time and features 2 bathrooms which are both fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Additionally, outside the bathrooms are covered wash-up facilities.

Hot water is provided but a donkey boiler for which wood is provided. Please note that the donkey does not need a hot fire, a small fire is more than enough to boil the water. If the fire is too hot steam will come out of the taps.

This campsite also has a braai and the hosts will have chopped wood for sale. Please note that this camp does not have electricity and limited cellphone reception. Activities in the area include mountain walks, bass fishing, and bird and wildflower watching.
