The balance of the accommodation amount is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable breakage/key deposit will be required on arrival.
The number of guests staying in an apartment may not exceed the number stipulated in the apartment information provided at the time of booking.
Parking is available in the building's secure parking garage for an additional fee per day.
Please let us know about an early arrival or late departure as this may require an extra day's booking.
Late-night arrivals must be arranged beforehand and will incur a surcharge, which is payable on arrival.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
