Beautiful, relaxing family getaway We had an amazing time at this gorgeous property! It started off with the hosts who were so friendly that even before we arrived at the house it felt as though we had been welcomed. When we eventually did arrive Therese was there to meet us and take us on a tour. The house is stunning! It has a perfect mix of being a home that has been around for many years and having all of the modern amenities you could ask for. They literally have everything that you could think you may possibly need for a weekend away. There was truly nothing that we couldn’t find. The garden is peaceful and well looked after, but also a great place for the kids to run around and have fun. Their outside patio is the perfect place to entertain for those that love a braai. To top off such a special home, you’re an easy walk away from Voëlklip beach which stretches for kilometers and you can pop in to the outside shower straight from your beach adventure without going near the inside of the house. All in all, a great weekend away and one that we will repeat.
