Cape Collection - 42 Kusweg 204 is a beautiful apartment located in an apartment building that not only has beautiful ocean views but is located just across the road from Strand Beach.

This unit is comfortably furnished for a family of 4 or a group of friends in 2 spacious bedrooms. The naturally-lighted main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed and makes use of the second bathroom with a shower.

The living area is a beautifully furnished open-plan area with a kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available.

Leading from the kitchen is a lounge area with comfortable couches and a TV that is connected to the internet. Guests can use their own Netflix or Showmax login details. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Guests can enjoy their meals either at the breakfast bar or at the round 4-seater dining table.

Through the sliding doors, there is a lovely balcony that overlooks the beach and includes a built-in braai. The location of this apartment is centrally located within close proximity to local activities such as heated swimming pools, golf course, water park, the Promenade, the Nature Reserve and putt-putt course.
