Description
Cape Footprints is a charming and eco-friendly self-catering home situated across the road from the popular Kleinkrantz beach near Wilderness. Nestled in a quiet area, within easy reach of the N2 and a mere ten minutes’ drive to Wilderness village with various shops and restaurants, it’s an ideal Garden Route Sea-Side Holiday House.
The spacious home can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is sea-facing and is fitted with a king-size and the second bedroom has a double bed. These bedrooms share an interleading bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and, while the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove with gas top, electric oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine available. The dining area is situated just off the kitchen area and features a long dining table seating 8 people, an indoor braai facility and sliding doors which open onto the garden.
The sea-facing lounge is open plan with comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player and full package DStv channels. There is also a ceramic indoor fireplace. Sliding doors open onto a wrap-around balcony with ocean views.
The garden is fully enclosed and there is a covered patio with a table, Zanzibar bench and fire pit. Additional features include an alarm system, automated garage with direct access into the house and Wi-Fi.
The accommodation is powered by solar energy during load shedding.
There is a safe swimming beach in Wilderness, approximately a 5 - 10 minute drive from this house.
