Carlton Heights Guest House is a convenient overnight stay for travellers following the N9 and N10 route through the Eastern Cape. It is located between Colesberg and Middelburg, accessed directly from the N9 highway.
The guesthouse is a beautiful old farmhouse that can accommodate 21 people in total in 9 bedrooms with 4 rooms sharing a bathroom with 1 other room, and 1 bedroom with a private bathroom.
Carlton Heights Guesthouse offers genuine Karoo hospitality with delicious coffee and rusks included with the stay. The guest house is also fully equipped for self-catering, but delicious continental breakfasts and braai packs with Karoo lamb chops and boerewors are also available.
Guests can cool off in the farm dam and share a communal lounge, dining room, kitchen and outdoor braai area with other guests. There is also a TV with DStv in the communal lounge as well as complimentary Wi-Fi for guests' use.
There is secure parking on the premises. Carlton Heights is located on a working Karoo sheep farm and guests can book a farm tour where they can learn more about everyday life on the farm.
