Casa Kacilia Uvongo offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious three-story villa located in Uvongo, KwaZulu-Natal. This charming retreat is ideal for creating lasting memories with friends or family and is pet-friendly for small dogs and other pets.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 adult guests and 3 children, that can be accommodated on sleeper couches and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the fourth bedroom includes a double bed and a bunk bed. The bunker beds can be separated to single beds in the same room on request. Additionally, there are 3 single sleeper couches available for extra sleeping space. The 3 bathrooms are shared, and each is equipped with a freestanding shower, washbasin, and toilet. Two bathrooms also have baths.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, ice machine, two single-door fridges, a single-door freezer, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, and crockery. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are also provided. A 10-seater dining table is perfect for shared meals, and the lounge area offers comfortable seating, a smart 65'' voice-activated TV with YouTube and Netflix, and free uncapped Wi-Fi.
The property lay-out is very comfortable with only the main lounge area raised with stairs including a patio and the 4th bedroom on the lower level also with stairs. Two bathrooms are on the lower level. The undercover wood braai area is near the kitchen and on ground level with easy access to garden and open plan living area.
Guests can relax on the spacious balconies located on each floor, complete with outdoor dining and seating areas, ideal for enjoying meals or unwinding with loved ones. On warm summer days, the refreshing pool provides a delightful way to cool off. The property also boasts 2 wood-burning braai areas and a gas braai for those who enjoy outdoor cooking.
