Casa Magherita offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely home, situated on a hill in Leisure Bay. The house offers beautiful sea views from every room, the patio and the balcony.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms on the top level. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom and is equipped with air-conditioning for those hot summer days. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and has a separate bathroom. There is a bath and shower in the main bathroom and a shower only in the second bathroom. There is 2 sleeper couches in the lounge area.

The open-plan lounge area leads onto the undercover patio with the swimming pool directly in front of you. Guests can enjoy the garden and soak up the views. A portable braai can be moved depending on the weather.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor. The lounge has a ceiling fan, and the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, oven and stove, toaster, and a coffee machine. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The TV room is equipped with a TV with Openview decoder and air-conditioning.

The property is secure with an electric fence and a lock-up garage for parking.
