Casa Yata is located in the charming mountain-top village of Hoekwil, Wilderness. Perched above the coastline, Hoekwil offers breathtaking views of the ocean, lakes, and the Outeniqua Mountain range, making it the perfect spot for a getaway.
This humble family home accommodates up to 6 guests, comprising 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The spacious bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Additionally, there’s a double sleeper couch in the living room. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery. There’s also a separate scullery with a dishwasher, and tumble dryer for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and a Smart TV featuring Netflix. Casa Yata is a haven for bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts, with occasional visits from honey bushbuck, mongooses, caracals, baboons, and vervet monkeys. Stare endlessly into the tree canopy in the background, with the green pasture and roaming chickens in the front.
