Description
Casita Cobra is situated in an intimate beach community within Southbroom. It is a home with artistic attention to detail and is surrounded by a beautiful setting overlooking the Southbroom Admiralty Reserve.
The house comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a wrap-around balcony, as well as a courtyard.
The main bedroom is furnished with an antique Indian wooden four-poster king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. This bedroom leads out onto a private garden with an outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed while the third bedroom presents 2 bunk beds ideal for 4 children which can be changed to a queen-size bed on request. Each of these rooms has en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower.
Each bedroom has generous storage for clothes and keepsakes as well as a desk area to plug in your laptop, which can also be used as a dressing table.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a combination fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, oven and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living room has a Smart TV and looks out onto the north-facing, wrap-around balcony with elevated views into the Admiralties Indigenous Forest.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi and fans in all the rooms, and the house is secured with an electric fence and an automated entrance gate.
The courtyard downstairs offers a generous space with a large braai area and a cosy fireplace. There is ample seating for dining with a 6-seater outdoor dining table and casual seating for 7 around the fireplace. The area is well lit and perfect for evening food fiestas, darts, and even Ping Pong.
There is a borehole and a battery-inverter backup for load-shedding or water issues.
Casita Cobra is located only a 10-minute walk from the picturesque main Southbroom Beach. Explore the local restaurants and antique shops as well as nature walks, golf, tennis, and acclaimed restaurants or keep it low-key and enjoy the immediate surroundings and casual vibe that this home has to offer.
