Our stay at Castle on the Heads was exceptional! Lana, the manager, and her colleagues were friendly and helpful. We had two Doberman Pinschers with us, and Castle on the Heads accommodated them. I was travelling with my mother and requested a room with two beds. When we got to our room, the staff forgot to give us an extra bed, but in return, Lana gave me my separate en suite room! That is indeed exceptional service. The castle is located in one of the most beautiful spots on earth. I recommend the castle to any traveller and will stay there again when I visit Knysna.
