Will not stay there again. The unit we stayed in had broken window frames, broken burglar bars, the refrigerator had missing storage brackets in the door, and the sliding door was worn out to a state where you need 2 hands to open it. The Aircon remote didn't work and had to be switched on and off at the DB. Almost all the house remotes had missing battery covers. The whole complex needs a lot of maintenance with paint peeling, missing fascia boards, and broken gutters. We also notified the rental agents that the pre-paid electricity was low; they ignored us, and the following day we had run out of electricity.

Overall we were disappointed with the accommodation. We had been to Chakas Rock previously, but now it seems to be individual owners, so there were no activities for the children, which was a bit disappointing. The estate looks run down, as does the unit. Our unit was still being serviced when we arrived after 15:00, and communication around servicing of the unit was unclear (only one set of keys, so we had to be there to let them in). The sliding door was damaged and hard to open. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you didn't get to enjoy the facilities for the kids. With regard to the housekeeping, we did advise in your confirmation letter that you would need to leave your key at reception if you needed the apartment to be serviced daily; there wasn't any need for you to be present. We will look into your concerns raised on the apartment itself regarding the couches. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
