UNIT 35 is a first floor (top floor) apartment with the most stunning sea views. It's prime position at the back of the Estate allows for privacy and peace, but close enough to the resort facilities and common areas when required.
The unit has a private entrance with it's own balcony and braai area. The perfect position of the apartment gives breathtaking sea views from the balcony, living room and kitchen. The homely and welcoming living area invites a relaxed chill area in the lounge, and cozy dining area, leading onto a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher.
