Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A reliable cleaning service is available at R375 to come in on Thursdays. Please notify us in advance.

When smaller items are damaged, the breakage deposit will be used to replace it (within 2 weeks after guests' departure). When bigger items are damaged, it will be on the guests' bill.
